Logistics City Luton is a new speculative development by Kier Property, due on site in August 20 and ready for occupation in Q3 2021.
Units 11, 12 and 13 will be 22,949 sqft, 26,006 sqft and 21,338 sqft (GEA) respectively and will benefit from 8m eaves height, first floor offices, up and over loading doors, three phase power and mains gas. The units will be offered leasehold, quoting terms available upon application.
Units 12 and 13 could be combined to offer a single unit of approx 47,500 sqft with loading at both ends of the building.
Units 1-10 will form the Trade City development and will offer a range of units between 2,992 sqft and 6,771 sqft (GEA).
Kingsway forms part of the Dallow Road industrial area, one of the main industrial areas in Luton, sitting midway between the town centre and M1 Junction 11. Historically Dallow Road has attracted a mixture of industrial users, warehouse occupiers and trade counter occupiers.
