Trade City Luton is a new speculative development by Kier Property, due to start on site in August 2020 and ready for occupation by Q3 2021.
Units 1-10 offer a range of sizes between 2,992 sqft and 6,771 sqft (GEA). Each unit will benefit from 6m eaves height, first floor offices, an up and over loading door, three phase power and mains gas. The units will be offered leasehold, quoting terms available upon application.
Units 11, 12 and 13 form the Logistics City development and will deliver three units of 22,949 sqft, 26,006 sqft and 21,338 sqft respectively.
