Trigon Trout Farm was established in 1985 on the Trigon Estate. Adjacent to the River Piddle which is renowned for its reliable supply of high quality water. Trigon Trout Farm is leased from the owner of Trigon Estate. The lease states that the term commenced on the 28th February 2011 and ended on the 31st August 2012 and thereafter on a periodic basis from year to year.
The lease is an assignable Agricultural Holdings Tenancy which means there is a secure and assignable leasehold interest. The rent is based on the open market rental value of the farm excluding the two dwellings. The current rent is £14,100 per annum and is next due for review on the 1st September 2021.
