The premises comprise a mid-terraced industrial/warehouse building constructed around the late 1980's/early 1990's which forms part of a block of four similar properties.
The building is of portal steel frame construction to an eaves of 6.19m principally with brick elevations but with a part profile steel sheet clad rear elevation set beneath a pitched corrugated sheet roof with inset natural lighting panels. The unit has a concrete floor. There is an open brick forecourt with car parking for about nine vehicles and there are UPVC double glazed windows at ground and first floor levels on the front elevation.
