Quadra Point is accessed off Sharps Close. Sharps Close links to Williams Road which in turn provides access to Norway Road and Anchorage Road, two of the main routes through the Airport Industrial Estate via a roundabout. Anchorage Road links to the A2030 Eastern Road, which is one of the main arterial routes onto Portsea Island off the Farlington Roundabout from the A27 Havant Bypass. Norway Road links with the A2047 which also provides access to the A27 via the Hilsea Roundabout.
The A27 turns into the M27 north of Portsmouth and to the west of Hilsea and is the main motorway on the south coast linking Portsmouth and Southampton. The A27 links with the bottom of the A3 (M) providing dual carriageway access to the M25.
Unit 2 comprises a detached industrial / warehouse premises constructed in the late 1990s. The building is built using a steel portal frame with central column line and is clad in insulated profile metal sheet to the front elevation below a pitch roof with 20% daylight panels. The two storey office pod on the front elevation has brickwork elevation to the eaves and double glazed powder coated windows.
The warehouse area is accessed via two electric up and over doors either side of the office pod which are 3.50m wide by 5.20m high or via two personnel entrances one leading to the 1st floor offices the other to a ground floor office area.
Internally the ground floor has a reception area, canteen, male, female and disabled WC’s and trade counter area. The first floor has two open plan offices. The warehouse area is mainly clear span apart from a central line of columns.
