The River Chelmer is in close proximity, approximately 100 metres north east of the Site. The Site is located 0.8 miles north of the main retail offering which is centred around Bond Street.

The train station is 0.4miles south west of the Site and provides high speed connections to London Liverpool Street by the Great Eastern Main Line.
