Big Husky Lodge was completed during the summer of 2014 and has been open for business since July 2014. The lodge trades as a highly profitable letting business with 97% average occupancy since opening. Average letting rates are around �£3,400 and there are 34 bookings for 2016. Big Husky Lodge is nestled in the heart of the Cairngorm National Park near Aviemore and is located approximately 30 miles to the south of Inverness. The area is famed for its breath taking scenery amidst an abundance of wildlife.
