The properties are currently being built with the first unit completing in Q2 2020. The offices will benefit from Solar Panels, Air Source Heating Systems, Under Floor Heating, UPVC Windows and Maintenance Free External Weather Boarding.
Internally the properties will be fitted with suspended ceilings, perimeter trunking and carpeting throughout. Pre-letting agreements will be advantageous as fit-out can be bespoke to the incoming occupier.
