To the rear is a workshop space which retains its loading door (although not currently operational due to mezzanine floor), concrete floor, lighting and full mezzanine floor over reducing the eaves height.
The first floor of Unit 5 is accessed via a stairwell leading to three director's offices to the end of the unit, two with natural light. The offices include carpets, suspended ceilings and Category 2 lighting. There is a small archive storage area to the rear of the stairwell and beyond which there is an area used as a print room but could be used as office space. From this area there is a doorway leading to a further office.
The first floor of Unit 4 has been fully fitted as office space which is completely open plan and runs the full length of the property with natural light from the front and rear. The offices include carpets, suspended ceilings, air cooling, electric storage heating and good ceiling height. Within this area there is also a store and separate server room.
We understand there are 10 parking spaces with a large shared parking area to the front and free on street parking.
