Lovell House comprises a three-storey office block with a highly prominent and extensive frontage to St Nicholas Street which is currently undergoing refurbishment and will provide some 27 separate flats to the upper floors and 4 individual, self-contained ground floor office suites each with their own independent access from St Nicholas Street.

The town has a population of over 40,000 and serves a substantial shopping catchment. The renowned Tuesday Market Place is the largest mediaeval square in northern Europe and the town has a long heritage and numerous important listed buildings.
King's Lynn has a broad commercial and industrial base and a well-established shopping centre in the Vancouver Centre.
