The site is located on Goodyers End Lane, which is predominantly a residential area. The M6 lies to the south of the site and the site benefits from good access to Junction 3. The site is accessed to the north from the A444, leading onto Heath Road and accessing Goodyers End Lane. The south of the site is also accessed from the A444 and via Wheelwright Lane, Ash Green Lane and Royal Oak Lane.
Being in good proximity to the M6 (J3) the site benefits from excellent motorway access. The National Exhibition Centre and Birmingham International Airport are located circa 20 minutes' drive to the west along the M6.
The site extends to circa 4 acres. There are 3 main buildings and large hardstanding open storage area on site.
The main building is a retail unit fronting onto Goodyers End Lane with parking to the front and rear, behind which is a storage building. Currently to the rear there are storage/display areas for caravans and beyond this is a building providing offices with caravan/vehicle workshop/repair bays. The site then provides open storage; part hard standing and part concrete with some grassed areas.
The site is available as a whole, although consideration will be given to splitting areas of storage land. Consideration may be given to letting the retail unit with parking and storage unit to the front of the site separately.
A further 6-7 acres is available, Subject to Planning and by way of separate negotiation.
The site also benefits from a static caravan (residential) for security accommodation.
