The park itself is of mainly level land which extends down to the banks of Loch Greshornish and has been developed to a high standard. There are a total of 105 pitches, 46 of which are hardstanding and the remainder being a mixture of grass with electric and standard grass pitches with a total of 85 electric hook-up points. There is planning permission in place for a further hard standing pitches which would further improve the business going forward.
The park is one of just a small number of franchise sites across the UK. It is relatively rare to be given the opportunity to purchase an established franchise site and purchasers will be given the benefit of being able to rely on the influx of the many club members. Added benefits include having bookings made and organised for them from the central reservation team with integrated booking software as well as the extra income this all brings.
The owner's are undertaking improvements to the park by putting in new roadways, resurfacing part of the tarmacadam driveway, resurfacing pitches, adding a third staff pitch and generally improving the site.
