Whinmere Farm at Hickling is part of The Hicking Estate which has been in the ownership of the Micklethwait family and thereafter the Mills family, the current owners, since the early 19th Century.
The Estate comprises a portfolio of let farms, land and residential property on the edge of the Norfolk Broads National Park.
Whinmere Farm is a highly productive arable farm with a detached five bedroom period farmhouse together with an extensive range of traditional farm buildings.

Whinmere Farm is let under an Agricultural Holdings Act tenancy agreement. As well as the farm let under the Agricultural Holdings Act agreement, the property includes an area of in-hand woodland of approximately 1.92 hectares (4.74 acres) and a terrace of three cottages all of which are let under Assured Shorthold Tenancies.
