The two sites extending to approximately 9.5 acres form the final phases of a single detailed planning consent for 78 dwellings on a prime residential development to the eastern boundary of the village. The Chapel Heath development in Navenby has been the principal area of residential growth over recent years in the village and surrounding area. The consent along with the S106 agreement were completed on 25 April 2016, and further details are set out in these particulars. The two sites are generally level and have regular boundaries, adjacent the earlier phases of completed development. The layout of the existing estate roads from earlier phases of development enable some elements of the consented scheme to be developed immediately. In addition to the easy access to the village amenities and facilities, the sites are located close to the main playing fields, which include Football and Cricket pitches as well as The Venue-the recently constructed Community Hall.
