The site lies to the north and west of the village of Reasby, which itself is located on the A607 between Leicester (12 miles) and Melton Mowbray (8 miles), and is located just south of the River Wreake. Rearsby is a small village and civil parish in the Charnwood district of Leicestershire.
DESCRIPTION

PLANNING PERMISSION
Charnwood Borough Council granted a resolution to approve Full Planning Permission (Reference P/16/0987/2) on the 1st August 2017 for a residential development of 8 dwellings within the converted convent and the erection of 3 bungalows, 5 houses and associated access, parking and landscaping, subject to the completion of a Section 106 Agreement. The
planning consent has 22 conditions attached to it. The Section 106 agreement is currently being completed.
TENURE
The tenure of the land is Freehold with Vacant Possession on completion.
