Our client acquired the full 10.6 acre site early in 2017, and propose to develop for their own occupation on the rear part of the site (Plot 3) fed by a central access road. There are further development plots to either side of this, which are available to third parties.
- Plot 1 extends to approximately 2.19 acres, which can be developed out to accommodate
- a single unit of around 38-40,000 sq ft, or multiple smaller units.
- Plot 2 is approximately 1.58 acres and can be developed out to provide a single unit
- of around 27-28,000 sq ft, or multiple smaller units.
- The developer plans to submit a Detailed Planning Application for summer for Plot 3,
- and Outline Planning Application for B1c, B2 and B8 use on Plots 1 and 2.
- Developed units will benefit from mains gas, electricity and water.
