The Business
Big Husky Lodge was completed during the summer of 2014 and has been open for business since July 2014. The lodge trades as a highly profitable letting business with 97% average occupancy since opening. Average letting rates are around £3,400 and there are 34 bookings for 2016. Either self-catering or a range of flexible catering packages are offered.

The business benefits from a guaranteed 20 year RHI government payment scheme on the biomass boiler which receives approximately £5,500 per annum.
