The planning consent provides for electricity and hot water to be supplied from the adjoining Canford Renewable Energy Power Station. The planning consent provides for the
development of industrial/warehouse units ranging in size from 8,000 sq m to 16,000 sq m
(86,000 to 172,000 sq ft). The development of smaller or larger units ranging from approximately 3,700 sq m to 23,000 sq m (40,000 sq ft to 250,000 sq ft) may be considered subject to obtaining the necessary planning consents.
