The yard is just under an acre in size and is mainly laid with asphalt hardstanding. Access and egress are provided by gates at either end of the compound. The northern gates are electronically opened. The southern gates were not used by the last occupier.
Inside the compound there is a mix of buildings including along the eastern boundary a high bay (18ft/5.5m to eaves) vehicular workshop with pit and roller shutter door. There is a further workshop (10ft/3.05m to underside of eave) with a four post lift and two roller shutter doors. There are a series of offices adjacent, together with canteen area, shower and WCs.
On the western boundary, and at a higher elevation, are a number of semi portable offices (not measured) that have been permanently installed with a decking access to their front. Most appear to have electricity, drainage, etc. and some have air conditioning (not tested). ( Agency Pilot Software Ref: 2939 )
