From 1993 until January 2009 Michael Owen BA (Hons) MRICS, RICS Registered Valuer traded in partnership as Owen Shipp Chartered Surveyors offering valuation and building surveying services for both commercial and residential property. Owen Shipp Commercial was formed in 2009 solely to concentrate on providing commercial property advice to long-established commercial clients. Since that time we have expanded our client base and strengthened our market share in the Guildford, Godalming and surrounding areas. David Kingston BSc MSc MRICS joined Owen Shipp Commercial as a consultant in 2010 to head up the valuation and Landlord & Tenant services. David has extensive experience of commercial property valuations, rent reviews, lease renewals and general lease advisory work. Alex Bellion BSc (Hons) MRICS joined the team in 2016 following a stint working in Australia in commercial property management and is currently handling commercial agency and professional work. George Musgrave BA joined Owen Shipp Commercial in 2014 and is working on commercial agency and professional work while studying for his RICS qualifications. Shirley Ward handles the administrative work as well as keeping the team well-caffeinated. We have extensive knowledge and experience of the commercial property industry and strong local market knowledge. This has helped us provide our clients with sound, professional property advice to manage their property interests effectively.
