The town of Paignton is located on the south coast of Devon and forms part of the Torbay conurbation, together with the towns of Torquay and Brixham. In terms of rail communications, regional and mainline services are available at Paignton with an average journey time to London Paddington of approximately 3.5 hours. Exeter airport situated approximately 28 miles to the north-east provides both international and domestic flights.
