Part of the area allocated for residential development is suitable for a retirement village and the provision of an element of care facilities. This area is shown edged red on the site plan below and extends to approximately 2.69 hectares (6.65 acres). The “Slade Fields” development extends to over 20.6 Hectares(50.9 acres) and is shown on the masterplan below. The vendor will be responsible for road access, drainage and the provision of gas, electricity and water to the boundary of the site. The vendor will also be responsible for the obligations contained within the current section 106 agreement details of which can be found in the technical pack.
