Hounslow are seeking proposals from suitably experienced and competent partners who can offer a solution and
one that fits in with the current proposals for the park as a whole.

Potential partners are encouraged to make suggestions for the introduction of new uses for the existing structures;
to give them a viable use that is complimentary to the current Gunnersbury 2026 Masterplan, both in terms of the
physical and activity plan proposals. It should be stressed that the acceptability of any use will be dictated by the
extent of any changes to the fabric of the listed buildings and subject to obtaining all consents.
Both councils are committed to working with the selected preferred partner and provide professional support and
expertise, including grant fund raising, which applicants are expected to have demonstrable success within
this field.
