The commercial kitchen equipment, bar refrigerators, beer cooler/pumps, glass washer, utensils, pots, pans, glasses, crockery and cutlery and ancillary items will be sold as seen after the auction and removed from the premises prior to completion. Should the purchaser of the building wish to purchase these items they would be able to do so at a non negotiable cost of £5,000.00. This sum would be added to the hammer price.
2. Any items remaining in the property on completion will revert to the purchasers.
